GE INVESTS IN HYUNDAI MOTOR CREDIT CARD UNIT
GE Consumer Finance, a unit of General Electric Co. (GE), will pay KRW478.3 billion for a 43% stake in Hyundai Card Co. and buy KRW200 billion in Hyundai Card subordinated bonds, the two companies said in a joint statement.
